Docs and Consent form for PBS dependents

Hi,
Two queries related to ILR application for PBS dependents. Wife and son will be applying in same application

1. Does below documents enough along with ILR application or any more docs required ? please advise
Wife:
Passport
BRP card
Life in the UK
English Test pass certificate
Marriage Certificate

Child: (born abroad)
Passport
BRP card
Birth Certificate

2. Family consent form:
Part 1 has to sign by wife (applicant).
Similarly, does the child (12 yrs) has to sign another form part 1 ?
Does Part 2 and 3 has to sign by ILR holder (husband) ?

Please advise. Thank you for your help.

you will need to show cohabitation documents

2. Family consent form:
Part 1 has to sign by wife (applicant).
Similarly, does the child (12 yrs) has to sign another form part 1 ? 12yr child never has to sign
Does Part 2 and 3 has to sign by ILR holder (husband) ? You might need to sign part 2 if your wife is relying on joint accounts/documents for this application where you are a joint account holder

Thank you for your response. Regarding PBS dependents to ILR,

For how many years, shall we have to provide cohabitation documents ? is it latest 2 yrs or 5 yrs?
For ex, council statements each year, home office letters during visa apply etc
I hope, same not required for children ?

Also, shall ILR holder (husband) has to provide 3 month bank statements for any financial support?

Sorry for reposting again.

After going through forum, I understand cohabitation docs required for last 2 years to apply PBS dependents ILR. I do have Council tax statements on both names, HO visa approval letter & bank statements on wife name. Hope these are enough as address proofs ?. Please advise

I understand that 3 months bank statement not required.

You need at least 6 different sources, covering every 3 to 4 months for the last two years.

Thanks CR001 for confirmation and I will follow it.

In gov.uk, it was noticed that under eligibility for tier 2 general dependents,
"they’ve been living in the UK with you for at least 2 years if they applied before 9 July 2012 or 5 years if they applied on or after 9 July 2012"

Though it was mentioned as above, we can submit last 2 yrs address proofs, am I right?

please advise
