Tier 1 dependant's application

I am in UK. My first two years of HSMP visa will be over on 31st July 2008. I will be submtting my application alongwith dependant's (wife & daughter) applications for extension under Tier1.
In the Dependant's form under Section 1 - A4 (page-4), it is asked to mention Home Office reference number for dependant.
Please advise me which number I to mention. I have 6 digits Home Office reference no. but I do not see a Home Office reference on my dependant's visa. It has VAF No (7 digits) and UK Clearance no. (9 digits).
