Priority is available for Pakistan - i've seen other people do it. I think the VFSglobal site is showing it's not available, but I created a dummy acocunt, and it then gave the option for priority visa. It also used to show as an option on the page anyway (so no idea what's happened!).

Oh that’s interesting - thanks for letting me know! I checked the Gov website and VFS and both said it wasn’t available. I’ll be going via a solicitor anyway so will definitely use if it’s available!

No worries it used to give the option to add to basket but broken yesterday...

When you get a solicitor make sure its a good one and a specialist in immigration law. Theres so many that give poor advice. I checked legal 500 and chambers & partners to decide on solicitor ti use. I know people that paid 2k+ for advice i knew was wrong...!

An update:
So my fiancé and I have been having many conversations over what he will do (employment wise) in Pakistan... And job prospects etc (his immigration history in previous posts)...
He’s considering that we wed in Pakistan, and he then applies for a work permit in the UAE and work there whilst I apply for his spousal visa via UAE. My thought process is that this may be too complicated for his immigration history and it may be questioned when it comes to the application (that he’s moving around, and has job prospects in UAE therefore doesn’t need to join me and I join him instead) my suggestion to him is that he stays in Pakistan and just looks for work there

Any thoughts?
You are just overthinking and over worrying yourself for nothing because HO don't care what where will you marry and what jobs prospects your fiancée has. All they concern that whether the sponsor can meet the financial & accommodation requirements and applicant has passed A1/A2/B1 English test, TB test & subsisting relationship. In all cases any previous travel & immigration history to anywhere must truthfully be mentioned in all applications.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

I’ve found a pretty decent reputable firm in a Yorkshire but I will check Legal 500 and Chambers and Parters too to see if there are others. Thanks!

Thanks seagul. I think I’m just concerned for anything to go wrong when I know all requirements will be met hence the questions!
