Majority people do receive that but I dont know why I have not but I have read some do not receive it also. Not sure why though
Hmm...I am not worried. I have the case ID number. I dont think its an issue. Online service should ideally be more efficient.
No cz i applied on the 1st Jan 2019 so I did not even want to take risk for 1 day plus the way my salary slips cut off date is 5th of every month, my gut feeling said to send so i did, just to be on the safer side.

My accountant has actually mixed the monthly and weekly payroll. The salary slips are made monthly but he follows the weekly payroll.

Actually I used the same logic at my extension but I sent them 14 months of evidence then. I am not sure if they approved me on 120 hours for 14 months that is greater than 3120 hours or the weekly basis logic. Cant be sure.
