Urgent - Biometrics Letter

Hi,
I just received an invite for biometrics but the letter is addressed to the EU national rather than than the non EEA spouse.
Is this normal? Appreciate your help.

Also at the very top it mentions -
Permanent Migration
The capital
Old hall Street
Liverpool

While out application is not for PR but EEA QP.

Is that normal?

Apparently this is wrong. Sent an email to EU biometrics and a registered letter to dept 168 at Liverpool.
Ah in a time sensitive process...Lord knows how much this will delay everything.
