Very good. Think you are very ok. Most times they won’t go into the details but you never can tell and that’s why it’s just better to cross all ts and dot all is. I believe you are good.
Thanks

I’m applying in June, quite close. Will apply alone nd apply for my dependent later. It will be faster for them after mine.

Are you delaying cz of your job creation requirement? I believe you have already spent 5 years on Tier1?

For any one looking for address for Tier 1 with new visa system, the correct address is as follows:
Tier 1 ILR
PO Box 3468
Sheffield
S3 8WA
I just got to know about this address as someone I know posted documents today using the existing service.
Question: I have sent documents on the old SET (O) ILR Durham address. As long as I have my Case ID on will that reach the correct place or should I post again?
Thanks

Of course it will. Once received will become an internal document and will be directed to where it go.

I sent on this old address as no one confirmed the correct address on the forum so I had to use this as the last resort:
Home Office
SET (O)
Indefinite Leave to Remain
PO Box 591
Durham
DH1 9FS
But i dont want to clutter CW with anothet post so I believe, as you said also, that my documents will reach the CW at the correct address via internal mail as my CASE ID is on there.
Thank you

Just for the record, I have sent documents to the correct address today AGAIN. I think £6.50(SD) was worth paying for my peace of mind. I called home office and they said the same.

it’s fine mate. I can see you really don’t want HO to start messing around with you. From all the docs you send I am a bit confident you will be fine.

Go over Tier 1 guidance as the first source or intormation. Many members have posted their list of documents in their own threads/topics. You can search the forum. Plus if you want to ask more questions particular to your own situation, its best to start your own topic and keep all questions in one topic so all your history is there and you can get the best possible advice.

Tier 1 Ent is a complex route and every applicant has a unique sutuation. It is best to start your own topic and list your history and ask any questions you have in your own topic. You should go over the Tier 1 guidance and search this forum. Do your own homework before you ask questions. You have to be clear about the rules for your own sake. Members will try to help you out then.
