surname change - new BRP

Hi Members,

I changed my surname in my passport before I got my ILR to my husbands surname. I then applied and received a new BRP card that has my new surname on it.

Does this count as a previous immigration application ? I tried searching online and the best I could find is falls under change of circumstances but its unclear whether it should be mentioned as a previous immigration application or not ?

Any advice or useful links are appreciated.

Immigration application is an application for a visa, visa extension, ILR etc, not a name change on BRP.
