Someone help who has some experience in application under ''carer allowance''.

Next week I am about to apply my own spouse visa (out side UK). My spouse is on carer allowance receipt therefore exempt from £18600 threshold. We have a 2 year old child who is British citizen.
Below are my sponsor's earnings. Can ya all good folks check if we everything is in place and give your valuable suggestions.

Carer allowance --------------------£ 62 per week
Child benefit ---------------------------£ 20 per week
Third party support(by her mother)- £175 per week

My spouse monthly income is £1,031

Her living cost is and billing cost is zero as her mother pays for all that. She is takes care of her ill father and receives carer allowance.

I am applying under 5 year route. Is that right or do I have to apply under 10 years route?
What documents should I attack to make third party support look solid.
My spouse's mother's banks statements are also attached with my application.
House is own by my mother and father in law so no mortgage. ( documents attached)

Is there anything I have to produce?
