Documentation under the EEA Regulations is either a DCPR issued to EEA citizens (which is non-biometric anyway) or a Permanent Residence Card (biometric cards issued to non-EEA citizens who qualify under the EEA Regulations).
PR is NOT lost on acquisition of citizenship as it is attained automatically under the EU regulations.
thats makes sense but really interesting.CR001 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 01, 2019 10:29 amPR is NOT lost on acquisition of citizenship as it is attained automatically under the EU regulations.
ILR which is APPLIED for under the UK immigration rules, ceases to exist once acquisition of British citizenship occurs, therefore an ILR BRP is no longer valid or is void/superseded by Citizenship.
