i have a friend who wants to marry her bf in the philippines

what is the next step after this,
he is filipino citizen and she is british citizen

what are the forms to fill out so her hubby can join her here in the UK
what is the time frame from the moment they file the papers to him being in the country,

Look on the ukvisas.gov.uk website. On the homepage there are 3 boxes with dropdown options. Select "Joining family" for the first box, and "Philippines" for the other 2, and you'l get to a page showing the forms that need completing and links to other pages of advice.
