My 5 years on Tier 2 (General) is completing on 25 April, 2019. Can you please advise do I have to complete 5 years in full on Tire 2 and apply for ILR after 25th April, 2019 or can I apply for ILR 28 days before 25th April, 2019 i.e. towards the end of March 2019 i.e. 28th March, 2019? yes you are correct.
Your responses will be highly appreciated.
Many Thanks,

Reading from what others suggested previously on this forum, that question is not applicable if you complete 5 years on Tier 2. It's only applicable to those who are combining tier 1+ tier 2 + so on, to reach the required ILR eligibility.blueskies89 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 17, 2019 8:05 pmCan someone please advise on my question please.

From the visa issue date.blueskies89 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 04, 2019 9:18 pmHi,
I will keep it short.
I was grated Tier 2 (General) on 24 April 2014 and started my job on 6th May, 2014.
To apply for ILR shall I countdown 28 days from 24 April 2014 when I was granted a visa or shall I countdown 28 days period when I started my job?
Many Thanks,

You're very welcome.
