PBS Dependent extension - HELP for online application

Hello everyone,

Can you please confirm the supporting document list for Tier 1 (general) dependent extension. It's my wife's second extension as she needs 1 more year to complete 5 years before we apply ILR.

here is a list of documents I can think of, Please add or delete.

evidence of cohabitation and subsisting marriage for 2 years from at least 6 different sources.

1 - separate bank statements - my wife and myself (current address) - for last 2 years
2 - council tax statements - in the name of my wife and myself (same address) - for last 2 years
3 - tenancy agreements - in the name of my wife and myself (Same address) - last 2 years
4 - electricity bills - in the name of my wife and myself (same address) - last 2 years
5 - marriage certificate
6 - NHS registration card - my wife and myself (current address)
7 - child's birth certificate
8 - Gas bills - in the name of my wife and myself (same address) - last 2 years
9 - Driving licenses (same address)
10- Tv license ?? (Just wife name)

and the list of other documents includes

1. PBS dependent application form (filled online)
2. Dependent's passport and visa - original and copy
3. (My) Main applicant's passport - original and copy
4. (My) Main applicant's Past 6 months UK bank statements to show employment and maintenance funds in the last 3 months - original and copy
5. (My) Main applicant's Past 3 months payslips - printouts
6. (My) Letter from employer confirming employment

any help is much appreciated.

I have filled online form and only documents it ask me to submit are
Mandatory documents
The passport or travel document
The biometric residence permit
Other documents
Documents showing you have had at least £630.00 in cash savings for 90 consecutive days
Your documents must show you have had at least £630.00 in cash savings for 90 consecutive days. You can provide multiple documents to show this amount.
Statements from a personal bank or building society account (Lloyds Bank)

Does this mean no other supporting docs are required ??

Hello members,

I have to apply Tier 1 General dependent extension for my wife. I already have ILR since last year. I was filling online form and I have few questions.

1. I have completed the online form, nowhere it has asked me to fill out of country absences. is it expected behaviour.

2. At the end of the application, it only mentions providing the following supporting documents
bank statements and maintenance funds proof. Are these the only docs i need to submit as supporting docs.
