Sole trader total £ 11937.00 for the financial tax year submitted. My total income £ 3432 . Combined £15.420
And £ 3181 short of the £18.600
In letter : " as you have a parental relationship with child who is a British citizen we are satisfied they you would meet the requirements of paragraph R-ltrp.1.1(a)(b)(d) of appendix FM( ten year r.) because your family life. ..... you will not be granded limited leave to remain and your application fee will not be refunded. You will not be able to appeal this decision and you may be liable for Removal from the uk. ". " you have to pay the immigration health surcharge"
is there anything I can do??
An appeal ? What is my chance
Can I make longResidans after 5 years? What is your suggestion?
Please show me a way. I'm helpless

I was in almost similar situation..I paid health fee..and get another 2.5 years visa..so now waiting for lawfully complete 10 years rules..

I was in almost similar situation..I paid health fee..and get another 2.5 years visa..so now waiting for lawfully complete 10 years rules..
