TB certificate EXPIRING

As you all know TB certificate is valid for 6 months only, i like to know what will happen if my wife visa is still on pending and the TB certificate expired ? I asked the solicitor and he says its not needed now. I want to ask all others who had same situation and went through the process please.

I believe your TB certificate needs to be valid at time of visa application.

If your visa decision is given after the TB certificate has expired, you don’t need to do another one.

The applicant should bring the copy TB certificate with them when travelling and if necessary, they have TB checking facilities at the airport.

And you need a TB test if the applicant country is on the Home Office list, for example, Pakistan.
