Is it possible for Tier 2 Main applicant and dependents to apply separately but travel together

Post by amitvad » Wed Mar 06, 2019 12:31 pm

Hi,
Me and my 3 dependents got a refusal for EC due to wrong IELTS exam taken by me(IELTS GT instead of IELTS UKVI GT)
I am now planning to reapply with the correct IELTS for UKVI GT. I will have the new CoS assigned next week and should be ready to apply with the new CoS in 2 weeks time.
Below are my questions
1. This time around can I apply first and get the decision on my EC and then immediately apply for my dependents? We want to travel together. This way I will not risk monetory loss in case there is refusal again. Date of job commencement is 1.5 months down the line.
2. What should I say in the application for the question of traveling together?
3. Will I need to show maintenance of required funds for 90 days if I apply for my dependents separately?
4. Will I be eligible to apply for priority service?
5. Will I and my 3 dependents get the IHS refund on my refused EC?
