Submitting biometrics does NOT mean it will be granted. Biometrics are required for all applications to HO.
But in further submission , Ho refused without Biomatric , if they want to grant then request Biomatric. read case worker guide line.

Home office Is normally takes around 6 months to give answer and if you want you can make complaint through the your local mp or you can put complait from home office website

write to further submission unit liverpool and request them for permission to work and mention in your letter that Ho delayed your decision for more than one year or Request your Local MP, he will write behalf
