Hi All,
I want to apply VAF4A next month. expecting to move 2 bed property in 2 months, but will receive contract exchange & mortgage confirmation in couple of weeks.
Can I apply for spouse visa by saying moving in to new property as per completion date?
But only problem I will have bank statements and bills from previous address. Is this acceptable?
I don't see this as problem, but I read in this board , should have lived in current address for min 91 days?
Please advise,
Many Thanks,
RMK
In case of mortgage usually mortgage statement & land registry with/without council tax also needs to attach. How can you arrange to attach with application for a future accomodation??
Thanks Seagul,
As soon as contract exchange & Mortgage approval , I let council & Electricity know about move date and may receive welcome documents. And Letter from property lawyer confirming next owner as per date and suitable for family. Im thinking to attach above documents, As moving in property might take more time.
Im not sure to receive Land registry documents in time, Do you think Land registry documents are Mandatory?
If they want to confirm, they might request further documents isn't?
Please advise or share your experience would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
