making new application

Post by nasiaziz » Sun Mar 10, 2019 7:12 pm

dear all
i am about to make my naturalisation application, and would like to ask a few questions.
1: do we need to upload the passport size photograph like previously done on paper application?
2: work history i dont remember the exact months and years so if i put estimated years only and not months ,would that create a problem,
3:i got ilr on 15/03/2018 can i apply 15/03/2019 or has it got to be done on 16th march?
thanks

1. no, but you need two actual photos for your referee forms which you then scan and upload (when using the new service)
2. you should be able to see months on your HMRC tax record which you can see online
3. just apply on 16/3 to be safe its unlikely to make any difference on how long your application will take overall. Ensure that you were present in the UK on that day when your qualifying period began.

can an immigration advisor be used as a professional refreee and obviously not the one who is representing you with the case?

Page 23 in the link below tells you what is acceptable as a professional referee.
