Tier 2 Extension - New Service Inquiries

Hi there!

I applied to extend my Tier 2 visa on the new service which meant I went to one of the new visa centers to do my biometrics and submit everything, nothing was done by post.

I was just wondering how I will learn the "results" of my application? Will it be via email? As with the old standard service I would find out when I got my passport/application delivered to me in the mail.

It's been 5 weeks since everything was submitted, FYI.
