How come you made a further submission when child become 7. Is the child a British citizen. ?

no my child is 9 years old now and when he was 7 years old I made further submission asylum and human right and include 7 years rules and Ho must have to consider under 353. so I got 30 months Leave.

what base of your further submission, did you get biometric enrolment and tell me your asylum history like how long you are in the UK and any family?

Well i did biometric long time ago home office sent me ARC card but still waiting decision and asylum is refused but i have 2 year son

did you get biometric enrolment after further submission? when you enter in the UK? I think you need to wait and dont push home office for decision.

after further submission when Ho is going to grant Normally then HO ask for Biometric enrolment.
