Spouse visa monthly salary

Post by Hazbo » Fri Mar 15, 2019 12:34 am

Hi all hope your all in good health

I have a bit of a sticky situation
Basically i am in process of gathering 6 payslips etc and doing all paperwork
I have 3 payslips already from december 2018 till feb 2019,in march i started a new job where the salary is also above 18600 but as i started like few days into march, this months payslip might not meet 1550 before tax but next month will and so will may

So my payslips will look like this
Dec 1600
Jan 1600
Feb 1600
March is going to be for 14something
April will be 1571
May will be 1571

So with these payslips will it be fine or will it be reject,

If it will be a reject, would it be worth geting a 0 hour contract job and work part time this month else where to make my march salary above 1550??

P.s im frm uk wifes from pakistan

If you are not with your current employer from at least 6 months then you will have to attach 12 months of payslips and bank statements under category B.

Ive been advised i can use 3 slips from and 3 from. Another as long as theres no gaps

I left one job at feb 28, my contract for new job states 1st march so there wont be any gaps
Also i checked my pay for this month and it will be 1569 before tax so it should be fine shouldnt it??

Who has advised you that?? Its wrong. Change of employer even on same day when you leave old employment & join new will put you on category B where you have to supply 12 months of payslips & bank statements. Otherwise stay at your present new employer for another 3 months to apply under category A where you can supply 6 months of payslips.

I was only at the previous job for 3 months, struggled finding a job then finally found 1 in december, done it till feb as it was a shit company and too many extra hours for no extra pay

What do i do now, because basically ive just lost 3 months in that sense
