Consent for ILR application Tier 1 Ent.

Hi All

I am applying for my ILR application and at the end now I have to sign the consent Part 1, and my Tier 1 team member will sign consent Part 2 for verification checks.
Do we have to sign part 3 as well?

We are the only two owners of the business and have one business bank account for which we both have full access. And we both have invested equal amount of funds in business. No other financial support.

You have to sign part 1 and team member will sign part 2 for your application.

Your team member will sign part 1 and you will sign part 2 for his application.
