Further submissions no response after 9 months

I just received 30 months grant.
here is below my time line.
further submission- 17 Aug 2017
Biometric enrolment Received- 29-01-2019
done on - 31-01-2019
grant date- 04-03-2019
received -06-03-2019

Hi congratulations to you. We r still waiting for ours. We applied 01/08/17 until now no decision. Solicitor chased them with a complaint letter and gave us a timeline for the case ro be given to the Case worker Team.

Hi Maysa, yes they gave me a timescale of 9months. So they stated by or on May our case should be on a Caseworkers hands and that they shouldve assess our claim. Im hoping that they would make a decision then.

Actually they taking like 6 months so you done boiometric also right so you can make comeplain
Through the home office website then they will reply you and ask them time scale

but you told me you haven't get biometric enrolment letter after your further submission? did yo go to post office to enrol Biometric? if yes then you are too late for decision because people getting decision after 4 to 8 weeks after biometric enrolment.

me to come to Birmingham for ARC and biometric but now waiting for decision its been 16 months

if Home office is going to grant you and HO will again ask you for Biometric enrolment and then you have to go Your Nearest post office to do and So pray for Biometric , after Biometric then HO is going to process and otherwise HO refused Case without Biometric request , one of my friend got Refusal after Further submission and he got right of Appeal but Home office didn't ask him Biometric enrolment But he Won the Appeal in the court. So at last NOW he got Biometric enrolment from Home office.
Biometric enrolment is not grantee to Grant but in most Further submission Home office grant after Biometric enrolment.

Hi Munirabid people must give biometrics then Home office will give you ARC card otherwais without biometrics ARC card impossible
