What do you think of my situation?
it has nothing to do with your PR application. no need to explain it as such about previous application.Sanj1 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 17, 2019 11:07 amHi everybody!
I am new to this forum but I still hope you can help me with my query.
I have conviction from 2 years ago. I know I have to declare it when applying for citizenship. My problem is when I applied for PR I did not declare it. I remember I ticked NO for everything on the application form for my PR. Will they still look on my PR application? How long do they keep your records? Some say 6 years. Do I need to wait 6 years before I apply for citizenship so they won’t have record of my PR application? Or should I apply now and just say I ticked the wrong box before.
Please help.
no need only the check list you got and any other documents you think you want to send as supporting docs
Thank you for your reply!alterhase58 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 31, 2019 11:36 pmGaps in employment as such are not an issue - working is not a requirement for naturalisation. Though UKVI may ask for other evidence of residence for the six months. As for scanning passport - this should be the whole passport. If there were different rule it would be stated.
Most official documents such as Council Tax, HMRC, DWP, Child Benefit, Pensions, etc - bills, letters, notices, etcWhat evidence of residence can I provide if I was out of the UK during that 6 months period?
