That does not affect the Tier 1G dependants. She can apply under SET(O)
Proof of English language is mandatory for ILR

In addition to the names already provided, are you No
now or have you ever been known by another
name?
do we need to answer above question that it was different surname before marriage for my partner.
Have you previously lived in a country outside the Yes
UK including your country of birth?
i answered :
Country you lived in India
Date you lived there from : DOB
Date you lived there to 9 February 2014
Reason you lived there The country of birth.
is that right?

It would be yes if the name changed after marriage and you state the maiden name.

You will be able to upload documents in the same account (UKVCAS) account you created to book appointment. Look for “upload documents”

It does state 'OPTIONAL'
You need :
Passport
BRP
LIUK
English requirement
Maybe 1-3 payslips and bank statements
And 2 years proof of cohabitation

Actually the new system considers every document to be “optional” other than the “current passport” which is mandatory. It is misleading as all other documents required as per the guidance are mandatory also. So refer to the guidance. Dont soley rely on the checklist. The checklist is misleading sometimes. Sometimes it asks for additional documents that are not needed, and sometimes omits documents that infact are needed as per the guidance.

Yes, but so many not required. 1 - 3 months is sufficient.
