Do you have idea as after submitting the application through VFS where are the application processed ? Is the local embassy takes up the case or the application are sent to somewhere else ?

Why should it matter ? Was there any specific reason you need to know this ?
In my opinion, it would depend on the embassy. Tier 1 Ent would be considered a complex application, so the right personnel may not be present in all countries. More likely it is sent back to UK.
