Just applied Tier 1 entrepreneur ex

Post by Shahadot86 » Wed Mar 20, 2019 10:47 am

Hi
I am new in this group. But I already realise, it's very helpful about immigration matter.
My timeline:
Applied online : 13 March 2019
Documents + Biometric will end of month.
As they mention have to submit within 15 working days after submit your online application.
Note: I will be eligible for ILR in August 2019
My Question:
Q1: I Already invested £50000 in initial application.
Shall I need to submit documents about investment again or not?

Q2: I received initial visa 22 of March 2016. But I left job 30th of March 2016.
Is this any affect on my T1 ex? Because of one week extra job.
Although my solicitor told on that time, "you have to leave job within 28 days when you received visa"
Advance Thanks

If you ever sent the investment evidence with your initial/extension application and then were granted visa, you do not need to send any evidence for your next application.

Being employed under Tier 1E visa is not allowed. HO may overlook the few days extra work after you left your last job

I doubt very much that the Home Office would take any action due to the few days where you were still employed. It is technically a failure but there is no way a court would support a refusal based on that as a single fault.
