Hi There,
I'll be aplying for a spouse visa soon but I have a doubt about the financial requirement, and need some advice on this .
My husband situation is he is working since 2 yrs for a construction company(hourly rate) with 36.5 hrs contract per week plus occassional overtime during weekends .His salary varies month to month , he worked until Sep/2018 and came to thailand to stay 3.5 months due to his fathers illness . He took this 3.5(oct,nov,dec) months as partly paid holidays and partly unpaid holidays , and now he is back in England and is working for the same employer from Jan .His gross salary as of 01/02/2019 is 20290£ in this financial year.
FYI his last 6 month salary breakdown is as below feb -£3992,Jan £550,dec-zero,nov-zero,oct-570,sep-£2050
Total of last 6 months wages/6*12=
3992+550+0+0+570+2050/6*12= £14324.
Can any one please clarify is this 20290£ meet the financial requirements or not .?or do we definitely need to show min 9300£ in last 6 months which he is not meeting due to his unpaid holiday .
any replies welcome .Thanks
