Further submissions no response after 9 months

First i made further submission then Home office sent me letter then Home office asked
me to come to Birmingham for ARC and biometric but now waiting for decision its been 16 months

If you have done biometric then it’s too late to give decisions and go to there website and sent them comeplain and through the mp as well and what is the arc card how did you get it let me know thanks

he didn't get Biometric enrolment , he got only ARC card which every Asylum seeker get after register their asylum.

They need to take again biometric for grante so let’s see put the comeplain through the mp

Do u have any kids or how old them and tell them u having stress and felling down about the life and things sent comeplain through the home office website or if you going reporting then tell counter officer they will tell you wait for little bit and they will give another officer to speak about that then they will let you know

Hi everyone, just wondering how long does it normally takes for the Home Office to make a decision on further submissions. I submitted my fresh evidence on the 12 May 2017. Claimed asylum in April 2007, refused in 2010. I have a 3 years old British child. So my fresh evidence is based on me being the main carer of the child. I'm no longer with the father. My solicitor send couple of letters to try and find out why they're taking so long to make a decision. The next step she's about to take is to make a complaint to the home office. I'm just wondering what is going on seriously. Many thanks

I think my case is the worst!

I applied for Fresh Claim in Liverpool on November 2017 and since then, I have not heard anything from HO.

I sign every 6 months.
