Re. form filling

Post by katanayi » Sun Mar 24, 2019 6:30 pm

Hi,
I am applying British citizenship for my wife and son.

We three ( me , wife and son) got ILR in Feb. 2018( T2 5years). After one year, I am applying for my wife and son but I am not applying myself now.

My doubt is in Convictions and other penalties section( online form).

Do you have any dependants not applying with you at this time? option YES/NO

we are only three and I got ILR as depended on My wife -- here shall say YES or NO ?
I am assuming that after ILR, I am not anymore dependent on my Wife and only our son is considered as a dependent, is that right?!
Please let me know what shall I write.
Thanks

As a British citizen you are not dependent on anyone, except perhaps financially.
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.
Please do not send me private messages asking for advice.

Re:UKCAS Appointment

Thanks for the reply, I have submitted the application, now I would like to book biometry however there is a problem.

I tried three places, all shows only 14 days appointments which are already booked but after 14 days nothing is showing. Is this normal or is it the particular day they open appointments for the next few days?

Thanks
