ILR SET ( O) via Sopra

Hi all respected moderators

My wife ILR application was on 04/02/2019 as standard application in croydon centre via Sopra

Its been more than 7 weeks and no correspondence has been received at all from H.O

I called Sopra today and they advised to contact HO directly as far as they can see everything was sent successfully on 4th Feb

I was wondering if the normal processing is 6-8 weeks or is it 6 months ? ( Sopra thinks it is 6-8 weeks )

Some advise will be much appreciated
