I have an employee working with me since December 2015 till now. I have applied tier 1 extension in May 2017 and got approval in August 2018. The employee is leaving at the end of this month (March 2019) due to personal reasons. I am planning to apply for ILR in September 2019. My question is do I need to continue the job till September or I can claim points for her job till now.
Note: my other employee one year will complete in July 2019.

You need 2 FT JOBS that have existed for 12 months each AFTER extension not employees. Employees can come and go. The jobs dont have to be continuous as long each job existed for 12 months each after extension.
You can only claim JOB 1 from Aug 2018. If that job ends in March 2019. You need to hire someone else to take that job untill it completes 12 months. It does not have to be continuous though. But you need 12 months for this job before you apply ILR. You need Aug 2018 onwards 12 months if you plan to apply in Sep 2019.
JOB 2. I am assuming started in July 2018 - July 2019.
