Dear all,

Some countries have VFS and rest have WBS. So far, T1 was active only in India and UK. As per VFS India, forms required to be filled up are VAF9A and VAF9B and those making in-country applcation from UK had to use 'tier1generalapplicationform.pdf'.

I like to know which form EU folks have to fill because local WBS site asks to fill up online form through http://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/Welcome.htm. This site has very generic form, nothing specific to T1 or PBS.

Can you suggest which should be submitted to apply from European countries?

Tier 1 havent started in any country apart from UK and India. So i dont think there are any forms for EU residents

That's just the Statement of Changes announced in the UK Parliament on 09-Jun.

As Vipul has already advised, there are no forms yet for any one applying from any country other than UK or India. Could be that VAF9A and VAF9B will be used for EU also or could be something different altogether, but the fact is that you will not know until there's a formal announcement by the respective VACs or BHCs. Speculation won't help you but will create confusion unnecessarily.

Relax, everything will become clear when the time comes. No offence, but there's no point in jumping the gun.

Forms for T1 applicants, outside UK or India, are available on UKVISAS site.

PBS Appendix1 General Migrant self assessment form

They are equivalent to VAF9A and 9B respectively, used by VFS India.
