Tier 1 entrepreneur dependent ILR

Post by arafat41 » Fri Jan 11, 2019 11:22 pm

Hi Chaps.

My tier 1 Entrepreneur visa expires Aug 2020. Me my PBS dependent have already completed 5 years.
Hence, can my dependent wife can apply for ILR, even-though I am on still on Tier 1 entrepreneur?

Thanks in advance

No. Your dependants can only apply for ILR either at the same time with you or after you were granted ILR under PBS

Why would you not apply for ILR ? Have you not met the job creation requirements ?

Zimba, I just want to clarify that a dependent can also apply after the main applicant submits their ILR application and awaiting decision, as stated here https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... nt-partner. Right?

Hi Macnarth, Zimba and other seniors,

Please I have two questions relating to the above scenario (or similar to it)

1. Assuming they are both applying at the same time, would they be required to provide any evidence of funds/incomes for the wife as she's applying for ILR the same time as he is? The gov.uk website states something about you have enough income to support yourselves and your dependents here :
https://www.gov.uk/settle-in-the-uk/y/y ... eneur-visa

2. If they successfully enter the route Pre April 2014 and got extension about 2 years ago, how many years' worth of evidence of cohabitation would they have to provide - 2 years of 5 years?

Please both (Zimba and Marcnath) your responses and others' would be highly appreciated.

Another question please.

Are the documents to be provided required to cover each month for the whole period?

Thanks

1- No income requirement
2- It is two years of cohabitation with 3 pieces of evidence
