EU TREATY RIGHTS APPLICATION PROCESS

Post by rosy1234 » Mon Apr 01, 2019 10:34 am

Hi there, I wanted to ask a few questions. My partner and I are due to get married in Ireland (I'm and EU citizen and he's non-EU). We both live in Ireland and I work here too. I wanted to enquire about the EU treaty rights process.

- How do we go about applying?
- How long does this process take?
- Can we both travel whilst the application is in review?
- I've heard some people saying that their non-EU partner was given a 'temporary' visa whilst their application was being processed. Is this true? If so, can we both travel?

I look forward to your help.

Thank you!
