if that person in the gov knows his job they should know, that the resident card will just prove the rights what u have anyway, cause they are coming from the eu directive 2004/38 freedom of movement, it clearly says that u dont need a resident card, and u can legally work, so if ur boss has some balls and likes ur job he can keep u legally working in there.xiangmei8620 wrote: โSun May 13, 2018 1:01 pm@ Jul1, @ arz
Thank you all, on the first day of the refusal letter I was panic after a few days now I am much calm. your replies are a big help for me. Yes, you are right. especially about my employer things.
Anyway, it depends on my Boss's decision, and he said he will talk to his friend who works in the government department to make a decision.lets see what he is going to do, meanwhile, I will prepare to the doc for submitting a review request EU 4.

Just want to share good news with you. finally, I have got a letter with the approval of my STAMP 4 EUFAM card. If anyone is still struggling with their case I wish good luck to you. here is a advise, be patient and provide all the docs which support your case.
In addition, I do respect the work of the civil servant, but I am exercising my due rights, really think the authority department need to simplify the process and shorten the waiting time. For them, it is just one of the case but for someone who applying, it deeply impacts the quality of life.
1. I have applied for the review back to May 2018sembe wrote: โFri Mar 29, 2019 9:28 amxiangmei8620 wrote: โThu Mar 28, 2019 11:11 amThank you to you all who replied to me and gave me the advice.

Congratulations to you.
I have 2 questions if you don't mind.
1. Did you apply for review back in March 2018 and you received confirmation March 2019??
2. You now have Stamp 4 EUfam Card. Is that the same as EU Residence card or you are still waiting for an answer on the EU residence card which was initially refused??
Thanks

2. I think at the beginning you will get the stamp4 eufam card for 5 years and after 5 years you can apply for the longer residence card(permanent)
As my understanding, due to the waiting time of EU1A(EU1) application, you will gat a temporary stamp4 for up to 8 months or longer and after approval of your application you will get the one what I 've got stamp4 EUFAM for 5 years, and then after 5 years, you can apply for the permanent residence card.sembe wrote: โFri Mar 29, 2019 10:17 amxiangmei8620 wrote: โFri Mar 29, 2019 9:54 am1. Thanks. That is a long wait...
To my understanding if you are supposed to get temp stamp 4 followed by a 5 year EU residence card. Then after 5 years you can apply for permanent residence.
I know, I suggest that post a letter to them, ask the outcome if you did already, then send an email to them again to ask. I did it.Qasir_tayyab wrote: โSun Mar 31, 2019 11:43 amMy case is in review aswell my Decision supposed to be made on November but stil waiting...really stressful time atm..
