How soon can FLR(M) be applied for?

Hello,

My (now) wife's fiance/entry clearance visa expires end of May. We got married here in the UK last month. How soon can she apply for the next (FLR(M)) visa? Immediately, or does it have to be within 28 days of the current fiance visa expiring?

She could have applied as soon as you wee married. She must apply before her visa expires.

Not sure if you are aware, but IHS has doubled and is now £1,000 for a 2.5 year spouse visa plus the visa fee of £1,033 plus whatever UKCVAS service you choose is an additional fee.
