Quick update for those who may be in the same position: I called the Contact Centre today and they escalated my case and said I should expect some form of contact within 5 working days.

Quick update for those who may be in the same position: I called the Contact Centre today and they escalated my case and said I should expect some form of contact within 5 working days.

Further update to this, a case working team wrote the following to me

Your application has been passed to our team to deal with.
I cannot give you a time scale as to when this will be dealt with but we will aim to deal with it as soon as possible.


Will keep you posted on what happens.
