Sponsor mother in law while on spouse visa

Hi can someone help me I am bit confused I want to sponsor my mother in law to uk for visiting us but I am on spouse visa working full-time and my wife is British citizen working part-time do we need to make a joint sponsorship or can I sponsor my own

You can sponsor individually or jointly.

The important bit is what is the mother in law going to submit as evidence of strong ties to home country (employment, property, income, pension, social and family ties etc etc)?
