Not recommended, cos ur might not get another visa from Poland, but there's nothing to stop u.

Less than 90 days (per 6 months).

If most of the time is spent in Poland the first destination can be another Schengen country I think.

But obviously copper has a UK residence card which means he doesn't need a visa for Germany and they should ignore and not check the Schengen visa. But if copper then goes to Poland no passport controls would take place and the visa would effectively not be used.

Wonder what you are supposed to do in this situation?

I think if ur wife is Polish then a Polish-issued Schengen is the correct one!

I also concur with 86ti - if u have a EEA Residence Card you shouldn't need a visa. I think!

Then ask the Polish Embassy what you need to do if your Schengen visa should never be checked and if that would be a problem for future applications.
