Dependent visa after changing Tier 2 to ILR

Post by yaman1203 » Fri Apr 05, 2019 10:58 am

Hello,

With the help of members on this forum, I have managed to receive ILR from Tier 2. My partner's dependent visa is valid until March 2020 (Tier 2 Dependent Visa) and I was wondering if we need to change her visa?

We intend to apply for the extension before her current visa expires but it would be good to know if we don't have to change her dependent visa now.

Many thanks,

Yaman
