The earliest you can submit your ILR application is 23rd Feb 2019. Since that is less that 12 months of your extension grant, you can use the job created in the 12 months leading up to the application date. So, for example, you apply on 1st March 2019, you can use job from March 2018 to Feb 2019.sam842 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 15, 2018 1:56 pmHi there, I need a advice about job creation lead to ILR application.I am a bit confused after the new rules came this year.my timeline is
Initial Visa granted: 22 March ,2014
Extension Applied : 20 March , 2017

1) Question asks about living outside UK. Living not short visits. UAE would be living so you need to include that. Pakistan from date of birth till you moved to UK (I am assuming). Reason: Country of Birth. Simplesam842 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 22, 2019 4:46 pmThanks for the reply tier11417.
Here is tricky one too.
**Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth?
As since I am here I just went back to home country(Pakistan) for visiting family on short trips .tyese trip I added in absences. But before coming to UK I lived in UAE for work for 4 months. Rest of the life I lived in Pakistan that’s by country of birth too.whats could be the best answer of this question ?
*** I am applying with my 1 dependent partner . Do I need to sign consent form part 1 and part 2 for my partner ?
Only one set for both ? If I am wrong , do correct me please . Until now I have filled form till declaration , can I edit form after paying ? As I am looking to apply in the end of March or Ist week of April . Thanks
Ok . Yes initial issued on 21-3-14 .i am applying in the end of this month .tier11417 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 22, 2019 4:53 pm1) Question asks about living outside UK. Living not short visits. Yes I am thinking same , I should include whole Pakistan stay till moved to UK.
2) The applicant signs part 1. For you, if you are relying on joint accounts/documents your partner needs to sign part 2 and vice versa.
Don’t have joint bank accounts. But have some joint utility bills account & council tax ac . I will use them for cohabitation proofs. I am assuming there is no harm to part 2 sign by my partner in this case .
3) You cannot edit after you submit and pay. Make sure you only pay and submit when you are in the qualifying period as date of application submission online is date of application.
6 different proofs from every 3 to 4 months.sam842 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 24, 2019 1:29 pmI have a query about cohabitation eveidence , as I am applying with my partner , checklist ask for last 2 years proofs , is it ok if I give each proof of every six month ? There would be 4 proofs covering 2 years or should be more shorter period of time ? Thanks

There are no new business activity points - that was always there.sam842 wrote: ↑Fri Apr 05, 2019 1:35 pmJust want to reconfirm the jobs requirement in my case .
Initial Visa granted: 22 March ,2014
Extension Applied : 20 March , 2017
Extension Granted : 2 May , 2018
5 year ILR period completed : 22 March , 2019
Two employees full time before extension are still working . As my extension granted on 2 May ,2018 . Can I apply now or should I wait till 2 May , 2019 .use only after extension jobs .
Or can I use last 12 months from 5 year maturity date to March 18 .
Thanks for your time
One more thing as new business activity points been added in the new policy guidance .
Part c
1 ) what more docs we can add in it to full fill this requirement I know it’s quite early to be very perfect , just need some ideas ?
2 ) for this part what I understand we need to explain my own job description and role in the business to run on regular basis. Will prepare a A4 paper for it
Thanks
Thanks Aman , yes I have 2 full time job before extension and still going on actually I was about to apply last month, received wrong bank letter , requested again . As now a couple of new rules after 29 ,will apply soon with new changes
Thanks yes Aman thanks
Date of application is the date of online submission. However, you can upload any docs you want. They will be considered as before a decision is made.sam842 wrote: ↑Tue May 07, 2019 1:08 pmThanks yes Aman thanks
I have submitted Application online on 18 April 2019. But I got an earliest appointment in Manchester on 20 May 2019 . Still have some days left . Just need a query as I have submitted on 18 April . All docs should be dated before 18 April ? Or can use doc dated between application date and appointment date ? Thanks
Thanks tier , got it . Actually that’s for Cohabitation.sam842 wrote: ↑Tue May 07, 2019 1:34 pmDate of application is the date of online submission. However, you can upload any docs you want. They will be considered as before a decision is made.
Like my bank letter issued on 25 March , I’ll be ok to use that as well
What kind of documents you want to upload after 18th April btw?
