ILR application query - Minimum Salary SOC 2123 Electrical Engineer

hello moderators

-We submitted the online ILR application on 01 April 2019.
-& booked ILR premium appointment with UKVCAS (Sopra Steria) for 16 April 2019.

history -
- Tier 2 General Visa (2123 Electrical Engineer) since Nov 2013
- Completed the 5 year period in Nov 2018.
- Guaranteed salary element was short of £35,500 in Nov'18,
- Hence we had to wait for annual increase in Apr'19 to apply.
Annual Salary now is £36,650.00

There has been an update to Appendix J Codes of Practice on 02nd April 2019
and 2123 Electrical Engineer - Experienced Worker salary requirement now is £38,400.00

Will this revised Codes of Practice salary be a ground for rejection of ILR ?
