As stated already, the HO meeting only takes place today!!! Please be patient and wait for any members who choose to post, to do so.
When did HO Posted Queries and when did your Employer responded back ? I mean the dates ?
HO is unlikely to accept documentation for April RCoS after the 11th. The RCoS will therefore likely go into the May allocation if it is not rejected for not sending the documents in time.becka2632 wrote: ↑Fri Apr 12, 2019 2:16 pmHello- I am a nervous wreck. I am in education and the head office can not check the system until they return from holiday, therefore, we do not know if they asked for more documentation.
Is there anyway they would still accept late documentation come the 23 of April? It was rejected once because of documents and I am hoping they submitted everything.
Please let me know if you hear the point mark.

The new point system will effect only people with salary greater than 50k, Example: in the prior system for 20k salary you use to get 1 point which combined with 20 RLMT points gave us 21 points which is the minimum criteria for Tier 2 visa
Currently, the same 20k salary will get 20 points and along with 20 RLMT will give you 40 points which is the minimum for Tier 2 visa.
@Admin: if you can answer @becka2632 query that would be very helpful as I have similar issue.

How it would effect the people with salary greater than 50k ?
I guess it is related to the limit to be assigned on April, the highest throughout the year.
