Maintanance fund question urgent

Iam going to apply for Tier 1 on 23rd june from UK.I have two questions

1. Can i give same bank statements for pervious earning and maintainance fund proof.
Also iam applying for wife's visa with my application.Can i show the same bank statements
for my wife as well.

2. Payslip provided by my company are digitally signed it shows something like this

signed by
xxxxxxxx
sr. finance manager.

Is this digital sign enough.My payslip also shows the email address of the signed person
My company is not signing and stamping it.Because they are saying that it is already digitally
signed.


Please help me.

Yes you can.. mention it on the covering letter

Yes you can do that as well provided you have enough minimum balance in the last 3 months.
