Salam bhai your visa has been issued and stamped in your passport. How long did you apply for is it your first time did you have a uk sponsor and how many months bank statement did you use.

Hi there ...
I received a call this week that they need NOC for my children and ive to submit all my papers again... she called from Dubai and told me that she's emailing me what documents I've to send and I've to reply and attach all documents in that email...she gave me 48 hours to submit documents !!
But after 3 hours of that call i received a email that 'your visa application has been concluded'.

We submited within 18 hours and they UK embassy replied us that
Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your email dated Wednesday, 10 April 2019 We here by acknowledge the receipt of your email along with the copy of attached documents.

We got concluded email on last Tuesday and then they asked us to submit all of the documents again... and when we submitted they send a email thanking us for the documents.. Now still no reply from them....
Any guesses what 'll be the outcome ????

no but re applied within a month with evidence and decision was overturned.

Dear brothers,
Actually if you go on judicial review then first step is you need to write a informal letter to home office and requested them to look the decision again. The home office then reconsider the case and reply with in 14 days. If home office didn't respond then previous decision is maintained and judicial review starts.
I applied two times within month but unfortunately both times application has been refused. The home office didn't see the case properly for example applied visa for 21 days and entry clearance officer said you applied visa for one month. Also one transaction made 438000 and entry clearance officer said said where these rupees come from as he didn't see pound transfer into rupees on the same bank on the same day from one account to another and bank also clarified this. I second time explained but again refused application. Entry clearance officer second time again made mistakes that your grand son sponsor you but sponsor is actually son.so it's clearly error of law that why I am decided judicial review as there is remedy other than this

My application was overturned after I wrote complaint to UKVI as ECo made errors and it took them 6 weeks to accept mistake and then reconsider and finally issuing visa,in Feb 2019

If you can proof ECO mistake then please do complaint as ECO did it looked at my savings account at all and refused entry as I had no Savings.Si I challenge them that they have not reviewed my documents properly and didn't look at Savin account statement which they accepted and grant entry.

I am not sure how pre action protocol works but Zaroob your application sound like genuine mistake made by ECO please do write complaint to them.
