Dear friend one of friend got refused letter from home office. Reason is they said your ex not working before divorce. But she selling cars on Facebook is this not coming under self employed. Please advice. Not sure she paying tax or not.

She need to pay tax and insurance and send self assessment to HmrC
UK Student Visa : 04/2004 - 09/2009
EEA Residence Card : 07/2010 - 7/2015
EU Settled Status: Confirmed on 16th July 2019
Naturalisation : Confirmed on 02nd Oct 2020
Passport Approval : 21st Feb 2021

Can she back dated tax .what if her income is only £10000 then no need to pay tax.
