I just want to know if there is anyone else out there who's in the same boat as myself and if it's anything to be concerned about. I did my T2 General visa application in the Sydney UKVI centre 10 working days ago (04/04/19), including biometrics and sending my passport away. I was advised during the application that this would take 5-7 days to process. We are now coming into working day 10, and I have not heard a peep from UKVI. (Besides saying my documents were sent off the day the application was lodged). Now I'm reading all kinds of forums, one saying that the reason it's taking ages is that it could be because they are questioning my application, also because 5-7 days is only for the decision process and not included in the time it will take to mail my passport back, and also that this is perfectly normal and I could be waiting some time furthermore. Wondering if anyone else is in the same position as me? Or if anyone has been advised of any particular delay? Thanks
