Guys,

When does a RCoS go to the allocation meeting? Is it before or after the certificate is assigned for a specific person?

I was reading this document (https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... ed_CoS.pdf) and I saw that it asks passport number and place of birth to assign to a person, and my employer didn't ask me that yet. So I am thinking that mine was not evaluated on April's meeting.

The sponsor puts in the request for RCoS approval. Only once it is approved does the sponsor assign it to you.

Anyone have been able to figure out the lowest points accepted?

Do they go strictly by points or so they look at the job and decide which is more important? haha silly question but just wondering!

If you read the HO RCoS guidance in the link below, which also on the first page of this topic, it will likely answer your question.

My company is saying they have not received the latest memo from their lawyers yet. Has everyone received their results? Or there is still hope?

My employer is reaching out to UKVI. But coming to close of business, I don't think I'm going to hear back today unfortunately. 😔

Looking over March's post, I see some didn't get theirs well into the middle/end of the month. Is that common in anyone's experience?

My employer emailed them, looks like they had a lot of application this month and the assessment is still in progress, they will get back as soon as they are done on each case.

Employer confirmed I'm still "under review" in SMS.

Won't have an update now until Tuesday due to long holiday.

My employer said they applied for me on 27th February however at the last week of March, they informed me there's no update yet. I haven't heard from them until now. Can anybody give me an idea what's happened? I don't think think there's a rollover from March to April?

Anyone whose application is in "Under Review" status, the UKVI has requested additional documents to support your case or doing background check. Last month few of them got their RCOS approved on 4th April, so until 4th May keep your hopes up and all the best

Any idea on Application Status “Pending”.
I am asking this from quite a time now.
If anybody is having an idea on what does Pending status mean, please let me know
