Spouse visa - ILR - Salary- 5 years route

Post by Provasanth » Mon Apr 22, 2019 8:46 am

Hi gurus,
My spouse's Leave to remain expires soon, so applying for the ILR next month.
Reading the forum it clarified my confusion, she would do SET (M) form,( which can't be printed only available online).
secondly, for the previous Leave to Remain, she used my salary documentation for the application. However, she has found a full time job and has been working there for last 2 years.. Is this mean, can she apply on her permanent salary employment or should I submit my documentation? your guidance would be helpful.
Thirdly, English language requirement, for the previous leave to remain, we had submitted the expired IELTS & a letter from the University stating her taught course was in English. Will the same be sufficient for this ILR?
Fourth, Myself & daughter has British passport, Will she needs to meet the financial requirement for herself or adult with 1 dependent?

Many thanks in advance.

Yes, online only and form Set M is correct.

She can apply with only her salary if it meets the requirement.
Thirdly, English language requirement, for the previous leave to remain, we had submitted the expired IELTS & a letter from the University stating her taught course was in English. Will the same be sufficient for this ILR?
She needs English B1 test which must be on the current HO approved list OR she needs UK NARIC UKVI Red Route (English and comparable assessment). Test and NARIC cost the same, £150.
Fourth, Myself & daughter has British passport, Will she needs to meet the financial requirement for herself or adult with 1 dependent?
Herself only.
